Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By hiring a tutor through Diwakar Sir Home Tutors, you agree to the following:

1. Service Scope

We act as a tuition consultancy, connecting students/parents with verified home tutors in Patna based on their specific needs.

2. Tutor Matching

We aim to assign the most suitable tutor within 24–48 hours of your request. A free demo class is usually provided.

3. Payment Terms

• Tuition fees are to be paid monthly in advance.
• No refunds are applicable once a month's tuition has started.
• Payment mode will be shared via phone or email after tutor confirmation.

4. Replacement & Support

If you're not satisfied with the tutor, we offer up to 2 free replacements within the same month.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of use of our services. However, we do verify tutor identities before onboarding.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on our website.
